Our Northern Roots Washington DC Hockey School includes 2 sessions on synthetice ice and 2 off ice sessions daily. The first session consists of power skating, goalie specific training, skill development and small area games. Our second session includes skill development and a battles.  Our first off ice session is geared towards hockey specific training while the second session is an outdoor competition such as speedball, soccer, whiffle ball or dodgeball.
 
We have all players split by both age and skill level.  We break typically split up into 4-6 stations giving players much more personalized attention from our coaches.
 
Players are responsible for their own lunch.
 
T-shirt and jersey are included.
