First and foremost, our Northern Roots Sioux Falls Hockey School will strive to be a great hockey experience for all involved! It will be challenging, encourage improvement and be fun!!

​

Our Northern Roots Sioux Falls Hockey School includes 2 on ice and 1 off ice sessions daily. The morning session consists of power skating, goalie specific training, skill development and small area games. Our afternoon session includes skill development and battles.  Our off ice session is geared towards both hockey specific training and outdoor competition.

 

We have all players split by both age and skill level. We will plan to have 1 on ice group in 2026. Within each group, we break typically split up into 4-6 stations giving players much more personalized attention from our coaches.

 

Players are responsible for their own lunch and snack.

 

T-shirt and jersey are included.
