Our Northern Roots Sheridan Hockey School includes 3 on ice sessions. They consist of power skating, goalie specific training, pucks skills, battles and small area games.

​

We have all players split by both age and skill level into on ice groups. We place players in small groups to put them in the best position to improve, develop and thrive.

​

A Northern Roots Hockey School jersey is included for youth players.
