Our Northern Roots Seattle Hockey School includes 2 on ice and 2 off ice sessions daily. The morning session consists of power skating, goalie specific training, skill development and small area games. Our afternoon session includes skill development and a full ice scrimmage.  Our off ice session in the morning is geared towards hockey specific training while the afternoon session is an outdoor activity.

 

We have all players split by both age and skill level into on ice groups. We typically split up into 4-6 stations giving players much more personalized attention from our coaches.

 

Players are responsible for their own lunch.

 

T-shirt and jersey are included.
