• Jacqueline Scheffel - Head Coach Trinity College School in 2017-18, played 5 years varsity at University of Toronto

• April Looije - played 5 years varsity at University of Toronto

• Steve Priolo - Played AAA youth hockey and Junior B in Fort Erie, Ontario. He then left hockey to played University Basketball. During his undergrad years, Steve was drafted into the National Lacrosse League. Since 2010 he has been playing professionally for the Buffalo Bandits. He was also part of Team Canada’s Box Lacrosse team that won the gold medal at the World Championships in 2015.

• Brad Jackson - High Performance (HP1) certified coach, 15 years youth coaching experience including at the AA and high school levels

Our Northern Roots Port Hope Hockey School includes 2 on ice and 1 off ice workout daily. The morning session consists of power skating, goalie specific training, skill development and small area games. Our afternoon session includes skill development and a full ice scrimmage.

In the afternoon, we will also have information sessions on Trinity College School, a school tour and college expectations.

 

We have all players split by both age and skill level into on ice groups. We typically split up into 4-6 stations giving players much more personalized attention from our coaches. Based on registration, we intend to have 2 on ice groups.

 

Players are responsible for their own lunch.

 

T-shirt and jersey are included.
