Our Northern Roots New York City Hockey School 2027 will include 2 on ice sessions and 1 off ice session per day. The sessions consist of power skating, goalie specific training, skill development and small area games and a full ice scrimmage. Our off ice sessions include hockey specific training and outdoor competition.

We have all players split by both age and skill level into on ice groups. We typically split up into groups of approximately 6 players giving players much more personalized attention from our coaches.
