Our Northern Roots New York City Hockey School 2024 will include 2 on ice sessions and 2 off ice sessions per day. The sessions consist of power skating, goalie specific training, skill development and small area games and a full ice scrimmage. Our off ice sessions include hockey specific training and outdoor competition.

​

We have all players split by both age and skill level into on ice groups. We typically split up into groups of approximately 6 players giving players much more personalized attention from our coaches.

​

Tentative Schedule -TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED

• 7:45AM - Depart Upper East Side - 89th and Maddison Ave

• 9AM - Drop off at the rink

• 10-11:30AM - ON ICE

• 11:45-12:15PM - Lunch (players bring their own or purchase at the snack bar)

• 12:15-1:15PM - Off ICE

• 1:45-3:15PM - ON ICE

• 3:45PM - Depart Ice Hutch

• 4:30PM - Arrive Upper East Side, 89th and 5th (approximate time)

 

T-shirt and jersey are included.
